Hide amounts

Enable Menu → Hide amounts when you do not want your figures visible. Descriptions and dates may still appear. This is a display setting: it does not encrypt exports or retract content shared in a list.

Take your entries with you

Open Reports and tap export. Choose CSV, Excel or PDF, a period and any filters. Use the iOS share sheet to save or send the result. All three formats are available on the free plan.

Check the period and lists first. An export contains the selected entries, not a complete account backup with conversations and memory.

Permissions and processing

Camera, photos and microphone permissions enable attachments and voice input. Review them in Settings → Permissions and iOS settings. Notifications have their own settings.

Papirer processes entries and relevant context with AI services to interpret input and answer questions. Your account, entries and preferences sync with the server. Hiding amounts does not disable processing. The website's privacy policy describes providers and data handling.

Reset or delete

In Account, Reset data deletes entries, categories and recurring entries, then recreates the default categories. It keeps your account, settings, subscription, goals and assistant history. It is not a full account deletion. Export anything you need before confirming.

Delete account starts deletion of your account and associated data. Read the confirmation carefully: you cannot recover them through the app. To stop Pro charges as well, cancel your subscription in Apple's settings.
